Comic Collection

As my comic collection grows, I wrestle with how to best put that content on my site. The last thing I want is for my site to slide down into Spreadsheet Hell. On the other end of the spectrum, trying to load and sort and keep current a pile of cover graphics really isn’t my idea of a good time, either.

So, I will link it.

The below link takes you to a separate site where I manage my comic book collection database. I use a software program called Comic Collector written by Collectorz.com (they have all flavors of collection software: movies, music, games, etc.). I also subscribe to their online database service where I connect my local database to an online storage area via sync. This originally was my way of accessing my collection via my Windows 7 phone (particularly when I’m in a comic book shop), but it has the added benefit of being publish-able for others to view.
